Identifying ICs via markings

I’m having a little trouble identifying 2 ICs – I’ve tried the Google, can’t seem to get a lock on it. Anyone have any ideas?
One is from international Rectifier – P311T is the number next to their logo. Couldn’t find it anywhere on their site. The other has the logo “m Y” and the numbers that follow are 2199 0701. Any ideas? Thanks!
